How to return?
Dollsinn sex dolls are allowed to order cancel and return, but due to the goods factor is customization goods. We still have some requirement about this policy as below.
Suit for return case:
1. The doll was broken in shipping.
2. Your doll appeared skeleton broken problem within 30-day shelf life.
3. You received the wrong goods in Dollsinn.
4. Other cases after Dollsinn team confirmed.

How to ask the refund in Dollsinn?
All your unsatisfied orders, we all provides the refund service. Here are some case to explain our policy:
1. Before producing period <allow>
We offer 24 hours to double check all your new place, in order to avoid you place wrong orders, in this period, we are allow to free refund service directly, your money will back to you within 3-5 working days.
2. In producing period <allow>
Normally your customization sex dolls need 1 week to finish producing, so you suddenly ask to cancel, due to the produce cost, we will charge your 15% money as our lose, and still free allow one time to correct your order requirements.
3. Order shipping period <not>
After your sex doll shipping allowed, we will forward to shipper the day, so we not allow to ask the order cancel service, because the goods is not at factory and on the way to you, shipper cant stop the flight for me only.
4. Sex doll delivered period <possible>
After you got the sex doll parcel, your refund requirements will work with our return policy, we will deal with for your reund case under the policy.
